   Xiaonan SHEN(沈肖楠) received his Phd from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. The title of his thesis is Probing electronic structures of graphene under magnetic field and electric field by Raman spectroscopy. Dr. Shen Joined Quantum Design China (Head office, Beijing) since the year of 2015 and his position is sales engineer for attocube products. Quantum Design China (QDC) is famous for manufacturing systems like PPMS (Physical Properties Measurement System) for transportation measurements under low temperature and high magnetic fields. QDC is now collaborating with attocube (Munich, from Germany) and the exclusive agency for attocube systems in China.   

  Zhihong GONG(弓志宏) received his master's degree from Beijing Institute of Technology. He Joined Quantum Design China (Head office, Beijing) since the year of 2018 and his position is product manager for attocube motion and sensing products. Quantum Design China (QDC) is famous for manufacturing systems like PPMS (Physical Properties Measurement System) for transportation measurements under low temperature and high magnetic fields. QDC is now collaborating with attocube (Munich, from Germany) and the exclusive agency for attocube systems in China.   

  摘要:德国attocube公司致力于提供超高精度与稳定性的解决方案,设备具有用户友好,全自动以及设计紧凑的特点。 

  本次报告,主要介绍具有皮米精度与高工作带宽的基于光纤发射的激光干涉仪(IDS3010)在无损测量方面的研究。例如:超高精度闭路反馈位移台项目,漂移测量,高速转子跳动误差测量,振动分析,位移台等工具的位移实时监测。 

  德国attocube公司提供压电式纳米精度位移台。位移台可在极端环境下工作,例如超高真空(UHV),极低温与强磁场环境。位移台具有高强度,大行程,高精度,纳米级别可重复性,高度契合需要高精度与高稳定性的测量。 

  德国attocube公司的扫描探针显微镜为研究纳米尺度显微成像提供了应用广泛的平台。我们的仪器测量平台可以表征各种纳米尺度材料的性质。扫描探针显微镜的种类包含例如原子力显微镜,磁力显微镜,压电力显微镜,导电力显微镜,扫描霍尔探针显微镜以及探究量子光学的共聚焦显微镜与拉曼显微镜。
